Service

While Hobart is the only name on our door, that doesn't mean that we only service Hobart equipment. We offer service on almost every brand of commercial food equipment manufactured. In fact, we are the factory authorized warranty service provider for all of the following brands:

Our service technicians are factory trained on a large part of the equipment that we service. Our service vehicles carry the proper test equipment and tools to ensure a quality repair. Our service territory covers the following counties in North Carolina:

• Guilford
• Alamance
• Randolph
• Chatham

• Montgomery
• Rockingham
• Caswell
• Person

We offer several different service contracts and preventative maintenance plans that can help keep your equipment running well while also helping you budget your maintenance expenses. We will be happy to provide a free quote for any of our service plans. Our quote will also include a cost estimate of any current repairs needed.

Our service department is open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday except for holidays. We have technicians on call for emergency needs when our office is closed. At this time, we do not service any refrigeration equipment. We will likely offer refrigeration service at some point in the future.
